Our Evolution
Little by little, the website is changing. A month ago, our homepage was just the cover image for Rocket Llama #112 and a small paragraph explaining who and what Rocket Llama is. Now we're more than halfway through with #136, we have tons of articles, and some other strange goodies.
The non-html text on our pages has slowly gotten larger. I realized that the text was a little too small for the pages on #136 so they got a little bigger around page 13. Also the text for our daily content got larger last week, and now this week the primary links at the top of the homepage are bigger.
This is all a process of trial and error. Hopefully in a year this will be the best looking website on the entire internet. I want no other website to be more visually pleasing than ours. NO OTHER! Actually I think it will be a matter of preference between RLHQ and
Marko's Corner.
I mentioned some changes last week in our publishing schedule. With the current pace of things, we're producing tons of articles, which I'm very happy about. Alex's art is fantastically hilarious. I must say I'm actually impressed by his Darth Vader which really does look good, especially considering he's using MS Paint.
This week is a good line-up. The new "You Can't" is conceptually phenomenal, completely on par with the previous "Smurf-Hundred". Action Flick Chick has established herself as a weekly event and even I'm looking forward to her Rambo III review.
I hope you are enjoying #136. I'm really proud of it on both my behalf and Alex's. Someday I'll have to reveal to you some of our influences and our comic book philosophy.
